We can support route planning, timetables, tickets, road safety, recognising stops, managing delays and building confidence on familiar journeys.

Daily living skills

Support may include meal planning, cooking, laundry, cleaning, room organisation, correspondence, planning the week and maintaining routines.

Education, work and volunteering
